WELCOME to the Memphis Woman's Exchange Website. The Women's Exchange, conveniently located near the Poplar Plaza Shopping Center, Chickasaw Oaks Mall and the Children's Museum of Memphis, is "the place" to enjoy a delicious Southern lunch and shop for one-of-a-kind items.

Meet a friend or friends, bring your children, or just come by yourself and have a delightful home-cooked LUNCH for a reasonable price that includes everything: beverage, dessert, tax, and tip. Our volunteer waitresses provide excellent service for people in a hurry, or those who want to relax and stay awhile.

SHOP for baby or children's clothes, books for children or adults, cookbooks, linens, kitchen accessories, toys, quilts, aprons, and more. All of our shop items have been carefully selected and reviewed for quality. Many are handmade by our consignors, who take great pride in creating classic items at their homes. Our volunteer sales clerks provide shopping assistance along with expert gift wrapping at no charge.
